- Damaged/Lost Items: If an item is damaged upon arrival or lost in transit, a free replacement or refund will be provided. Please submit photo evidence within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders (45 days for international).
- Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors. Re-shipping costs will apply.
